Netball Victoria is looking for a Shared Services Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role, supporting associations, leagues and clubs to build confidence, capability and efficiency in their day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Netball Connect, competition administration, and supporting volunteers and administrators in a netball environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering training, troubleshooting system issues, supporting operational workflows, and helping reduce the admin burden across the sport.

This role is based in Parkville, Melbourne and includes onsite attendance as part of Netball Victoria’s hybrid working arrangements. While the position is full-time, we may consider part-time hours worked across 5 days for the right candidate, with some flexibility outside standard business hours.
