Throughout the Coronavirus Pandemic, bad news seems to be inescapable. This feeling of anxiety is only natural in the current climate. Taking the time to stop, slow down and refresh your mindset is extremely important right now.
This free 4-week mindfulness course is designed to give you the space to take some time out to clear your mind and focus on you. This is a series of classes designed to release tension in the body and calm the mind by encouraging you to turn your focus inward.
This complete practice will explore a range of yoga styles (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.
